I am an Italian Marist who joined the Society of Mary at the age of 23 after a few years working in a textile company. I studied my theology in Italy (Rome) and then in Washington, DC. After initial formation I worked in a parish in Alfonsine (close to Ravenna) for 4 years. Then I went back to school in Rome (Gregorian University) for a license in Biblical Theology, writing my thesis on Third Isaiah. I have been inivited to come here as a visiting lecturer for the first semester of 2008. I hope to see something of New Zealand while I am here.

Research Interests:

• Old Testament, with a special interest in Prophets.
