I was born in South Vietnam . After migrating to Australia as a refugee in 1982, I joined the Redemptorist Order in Australia and was ordained a priest in 1994.

I have lectured in Moral theology and Bioethics at the Redemptorist Major Seminary in Vietnam and in Western Australia .

I work at the L.J. Goody Bioethics Centre in Western Australia as a Consultant . I am also a member of the ethics committee of Mercy Hospital, Mount Lawley in Western Australia .
